RETURNS

SHIPPING

DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We utilize USPS as our primary shipping carrier to deliver packages. However, at times we may use another carrier. Once your payment is verified, it can take 1-2 business days for your order to ship, excluding weekends and holidays.


Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with the shipping carrier and tracking number.


We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once shipping carrier has marked your package as accepted and/or delivered. Please contact shipping carrier to file inquiry/claim.


Important Note:
• Orders may not be processed, if billing address and shipping

   address DO NOT match.
• Orders CAN NOT be modified, after being processed.

HOW TO RETURN

Unfortunately, there are NO REFUNDS/RETURNS available.

DAMAGED + INCORRECT ITEMS

Exceptions for refunds are only available, if the mistake was made on VK’s behalf. If that is the case, customers must reach out to customer service via email at info@vkshoe.com.
